Once you've located your order, select any eligible product to start your return. To return a product to Newegg, you must obtain an RMA number within the applicable return period for the product. Newegg will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which time returned products must be received by Newegg.

RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer must prominently display the RMA number s on the shipping label as well as the RMA invoice on the box es containing the returned product. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Newegg. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

If any component of the returned product is missing, Newegg's Return Procedure will be breached and Newegg may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component s. Newegg will not refund the original shipping charges to the Customer.

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your return has been processed, please allow business days for your refund to post to your account.

If the original payment method is no longer available, Newegg will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account. For returns for refunds for items purchased as gifts, Newegg will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. For returns for refunds for items purchased through Bitpay, Newegg will issue you a refund in the form of a Newegg gift card. Once your return has been processed, a Newegg Store Credit Gift Card will be issued and sent to you via email within approximately 1 -2 business days.

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return the original item for a refund, in accordance with the Return Policy and then purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item.

If Newegg no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Newegg will issue you a refund. Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 1 -2 business days.

That night, I posted on the site you mentioned, and I got a response the next day offering help. I am satisfied that Newegg is doing the right thing now. I did the same thing, but my review still hasn't been posted on resellerratings and I got a full refund offer from Newegg in the meantime. I wonder what will happen, if anything, when it does get posted. I thought I was getting a full refund in the form of store credit. But my invoice now that they sent to me looks like my full refund amount will go straight to my card I bought the with in December last year.

I am good with that, just confused. Newegg did the right thing in giving me my money back along with everyone else, but there RMA process is exceedingly long and doesnt seem to account for people being without a component or the customers time or needs at all.

Yesterday I got the final email in the form of a Invoice for a full return of my funds to me directly. No store credit. They have had my card two weeks and I have gone from a approved RMA with restock fee with refund in store credit to Full refund back to my original form of payment. This was the first time the technician or associate was knowledgeable on the issue going on with the He and I talked at length about what Neweggs marketing and customer service departments have been doing to get the approved returns for the customers between them and the vendors and NVIDIA.

I was overall pretty impressed. My only complaints for the entire process are the length of time it took to get the RMA done from start to finish, and the information disparity between each customer service rep and the customers looking to get some form of help.

Some people got told no, others yes without issue. In the future should something like this happen with another product I would hope Newegg will do a better job ensuring it's personnel all have a common understanding of the problem and what the companies recommended policy is for the situation so the customers all receive a uniform and fair solution.

Make sure that you are polite and concise, otherwise your review will likely get flagged and Newegg probably won't be inclined to help. After posting, I was contacted within 24 hours and put through for an RMA for store credit. Good luck to everyone else, this seems like the most straightforward way to get your RMA processed.
