To get legendarys you MUST beat all gym leaders elite 4 and frontier brains. You can get mixtures by beating all gyms elite four frontier brains and taking care of 10 pokemon at the center.
Beat the 56 gym leaders including elite 4 then go 2 any map except your house and you should find legendaries NOTE:takes time. Beat all the gyms and frontier brains and the elite 4 then go on any map and search in every area besides your house,they actually aren't that rare anymore.
If you want hybrids of pokemon care for 10 pokemon in the pokemon center then go to area 7 on the map. On area 7 if you havent finished fighting all the gym leaders or you haven't treated for 10 pokemon only oddishes will appear. Beat all gyms then go to route 1 you catch sky shaymin. Beat all gym leaders and you got legend pokemon. You do not haved to beat the gym leaders! Just go to map 6,But you haved to keep walking for a LONG time,but after a while you can fine legands.
After you beat ALL the gym leaders and elite four, go to map 6 or lakeshore pokemon research lab. After beating the Champion , the player can encounter Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf at the Cave of Being , causing them to fly off to various places in Unova , where the player may then battle them.
